Sector: External Wall Insulation, Residential

48 week fixed term contract 

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Liaison Officer to manage an exciting project in Leeds.

As the Residential Liaison Officer you will be dealing with residents, people from workplaces, shops and restaurants in vicinity of the works. You must have great customer and interpersonal skills, and IT skills are important as they will also assist the Site Manager will QA paperwork, admin and photos.

For the right candidate, there is a permanent opportunity available.

About You:

  • Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar in Construction field
  • Able to deal with difficult customers, clients and situations calmly and professionally
  • Confident communicator
  • Experience of customer contact through all communication media
  • Strong IT and administration skills
  • EWI experience (Desired)
