Thorn Baker are working with a well established contractor in Hull. Our client have a permanent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who can take the commercial lead on projects up to £2M in value. The projects will vary from refurbishment, alterations, new build and extensions.

Being Site and Office based, you will be responsible for the commercial aspect of several projects up to the value of £2M. This will involve;
