Thorn Baker are working with a renowned residential developer who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the North West.

This Award winning business are expanding their commercial team due to new projects commencing in January 2024. They are renowned for their sustainable methods of construction and NHBC achievements.

What we are looking for:

• An experienced QS from a Contracting background
• Overseen commercial or residential projects
• Strong knowledge of JCT Contracts 
• HNC / degree or equivalent
