What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in an Assistant or Quantity Surveyor role within the housing or residential sector.
• In depth understanding and knowledge of UK building regulations, NHBC and health and safety regulations in the industry
• Understanding and experience using relevant IT systems and proficient with MS Office
• Comfortable managing internal and external clients within a commercial environment
• Strong relationship building skills
