A Market Leading Construction Business are looking for a Project Manager to join their West Midlands team. As specialists in the flooring sector, this business have a strong pipeline of work and are expanding their team.

Offering progression to Director level as the business expands further.

Job Duties:

• Manage and oversee construction projects across the UK from inception to completion
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Project Management or related field
• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Education:

Degree or qualification in Project Management 

Experience:

Proven experience in project management within the construction industry - 5 years expeirence minimum

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent project management skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of construction processes and regulations

Working Conditions:

This role will require working on construction sites and in office environments. Travel to project sites and occasional staying away.
