Our client, a growing construction business specialising in fenestration projects, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. This role offers excellent progression opportunities due to a strong pipeline of stable work.
This position is based in Worcester office and involves managing the pre-construction to handover processes for various projects across the West Midlands. Occasional travel to sites is required.
Job Duties:
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from pre-construction to completion
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Project Management qualification
- CSCS card
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management within the construction industry
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in IT systems and software
- Valid driving licence
Preferred Qualifications:
- PRINCE2 or PMP certification
- Experience in fenestration projects
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with occasional site visits
