Thorn Baker industrial Recruitment are working with a well established, Alfreton based concrete casting company, supporting their search for a Production Supervisor to join their growing team. Working within a busy production environment, this temporary to permanent position has an immediate start available. 

Your Role

• Checking in and confirming deliveries of raw material to the site

• Leading, managing and motivating a medium sized team 

• Holding morning production meetings to distribute workload to your team

• Ensuring production levels are achieved 

• Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to 

• Being a hands on leader - doing the job where necessary 

• Quality checking finished products and organising despatch 

About You

• Previous concrete casting experience is essential

• Joinery experience is highly advantageous 

• Supervisory experience, or looking to take a step up into leading people

• You have a flexible approach to work 

The Hours: 

6am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday - overtime as and when required 

The Pay: 

£14 - £16 per hour depending on experience + overtime premiums
