Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for a Production Operatives to work for a manufacturing company based in Whetstone, Leicester..

Job Details:

Working as part of the production team on their raw materials line to create their end products

Ensuring their finishing processes are carried out and end products are quality checked

You will be operating plant machinery (full training is provided)

Using computer systems to check stock levels

Moving products and materials around using pump trucks and other equipment

The working shifts are rotating 12 hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern - they rotate between Day and Night shifts

So they will be working 4 shifts on 6am-6pm, then 4 days off then it will be 4 shifts on nights 6pm-6am and so on

Pay is £12.21ph for 8 hours and rest of your shift is paid at Time/Third £15.87ph

About you:

• Experience in working within either a manufacturing/warehouse environment is preferred
• Happy to work 12 hour shifts and can rotate between days and nights (THERE IS NO OPTION TO CHOOSE ONLY ONE SHIFT)
• Basic literacy and numeracy
• Able to use computers to check stock and input data
• Able to get to Whetstone for 6am starts
