Print Finisher - Night Shift

Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire S81
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Sunday to Friday morning)
Salary: £28,600 per year with structured progression + overtime opportunities (up to £32,000+ per year)
Hourly Rate: £14.65-£15.95 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 per week

About the Role

We are a long-established, family-run commercial printer based in modern facilities in Worksop. Following a period of continued growth and excellent customer service to both local and global clients, we are expanding our finishing team.

You'll be joining a close-knit, multi-skilled team working the night shift, with opportunities for overtime depending on workloads. Quality control and maintaining a high standard of work are essential aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and run MBO and Stahl B1 & B2 folding machines

• Create and manage folding programmes

• Operate a Polar B1 Guillotine

• Maintain high-quality standards and efficiency throughout production

• Support team members across finishing operations as required

Experience & Skills

• Essential:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a print finishing department

  • Proven experience running MBO and Stahl folders, and Polar B1 Guillotine

• Desirable:

  • Experience operating Longford Card folder, Heidelberg SB Cylinder, and Platens (training available)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
