Print Finisher – 2-Shift Rota

Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (rotating shifts)
Expected Hours: Minimum 40 per week
Salary: £27,400 per year with structured progression + overtime (up to £31,000+ per year)
Hourly Rate: £14.05–£14.90 per hour

About the Role

A long-established, family-run commercial printer based in modern facilities in Worksop is expanding its finishing team to support ongoing growth and customer demand.

You’ll be joining a close-knit, multi-skilled team operating on a two-shift rota, with overtime available during the week and weekends depending on workload. Quality control and attention to detail are key aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and run MBOand Stahl B1 & B2 folding machines
• Create and manage folding programmes
• Operate a Polar B1 Guillotine
• Run binding machinessuch as Heidelberg ST350/400or Müller Martini
• Assist with additional finishing tasks as required
• Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency throughout production

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years’ experiencein a print finishing department (required)
• Proven experience operating MBO, Stahl folders, and Polar B1 Guillotine
• Experience with Heidelberg SB Cylinderand Platensdesirable (training provided if required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work well within a team environment
