Job Summary:

We are currently looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our team on a contract basis, patching and skimming . The successful candidate will deliver high-quality finishes and demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of ceiling preparation and plastering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply plaster to ceilings to create smooth or textured surfaces

• Prepare ceilings by removing old materials, patching holes, and ensuring surface readiness

• Mix and apply plastering compounds using hand tools

• Skim, float, and finish to a high standard

• Ensure surfaces are level, smooth, and ready for painting or decoration

• Work safely and cleanly, protecting the workspace and surroundings

• Communicate with site managers and coordinate with other trades on-site

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plasterer, specifically with ceiling work

• Skilled in skimming, bonding, and finishing techniques

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Good physical condition and manual dexterity

• Own tools and PPE

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
