Painter – Immediate Start

Rate: £20 per hour (CIS)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Painter to join our team on a busy commercial site based in Chatham. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and take pride in delivering a high-quality finish on all aspects of painting and decorating work.

Duties include:

• Preparing surfaces (sanding, filling, priming) before painting.

• Applying emulsion, gloss, undercoat, and specialist coatings as required.

• Working on internal and external areas to a professional standard.

• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area.

• Ensuring all work meets health & safety and site standards.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card – essential

• Previous painting and decorating experience on site

• Own brushes, rollers, and basic tools

• PPE and right to work in the UK
