Onboarding Coordinator
Job description
We're looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Onboarding Coordinator to join my client's team in Coalvile. This newly created, full-time position is key to providing a smooth and professional onboarding experience for all new starters - both permanent employees and agency staff.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00

Job Type: Full-time, ongoing
Key Responsibilities:
-
Coordinate onboarding for new hires across the site
-
Prepare and issue welcome packs and induction materials
-
Ensure PPE and equipment are ready ahead of start dates
-
Support system access setup (IT logins, timekeeping, training platforms)
-
Update and maintain induction and training records
-
Lead day-one orientations and factory tours
-
Liaise with HR, recruitment, and operations teams

Manage compliance checks (right to work, H&S)

Track feedback and suggest improvements

Provide administrative support with contracts and policies
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
-
Previous coordination/admin experience (HR/recruitment/training preferred)
-
Excellent organisation and time management
-
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
-
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
-
Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
-
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
Desirable:
-
Experience in manufacturing or construction environments
-
Familiarity with HR/onboarding systems
-
First Aid or Health & Safety training (or willingness to train)
