Line Leader

We are looking for Production Line Leaders to join our fantastic client, DMW Logistics based in Sutton in Ashfield.

The candidate would have responsibility for the efficient management of their production line ensuring their team are motivated, have clarity of standards & expectations to achieve targeted production in line with the plan, safety requirements & legislation.

Fully Training will be provided.

The role:

• Motivate your team to produce quality products
• Maintain a high level of production standards
• Meet production efficiency targets
• Confident handling paperwork and processes
• Strong team player with a “Lead by Example” attitude
• Must have experience supervising and organising staff

Working Hours:

• Standard hours 8am-5pm
• Peak season 7am-4pm

Pay Rate:

• £12.60ph
