Job Description – Labourer (Ceiling Removal Project) – Immediate Start

We are currently looking for a hardworking and reliable Labourer to assist with a ceiling removal project, supporting joiners on-site. This role offers an immediate start from Monday.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Labourer

• Pay Rate: £15.00 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

• Location: UnEaton

• Start Date: Monday – Immediate Start

• Hours: 08:00am – 8:00pm (12-hour shifts)

• CSCS Requirement: Valid CSCS Card essential

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting joiners with the safe removal of ceilings

• General labouring tasks, including handling materials and site preparation

• Clearing and disposing of waste materials into skips

• Loading and unloading materials and equipment as required

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

• Following instructions from site supervisors and joiners

• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations

• Reporting any site issues or hazards to the site manager

Requirements:

✔ Valid CSCS Card – essential
✔ Full PPE required
✔ Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks
✔ Previous experience in similar labouring roles preferred
✔ Punctual, hardworking, and able to work long shifts
