Job Description – General Labourer (Immediate Start)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to assist on a showroom fit-out project, starting immediately.

Position Details:

• Job Title: General Labourer

• Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

• Location: Gloucester

• Start Date: Immediate

• Hours: 07:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

• CSCS Requirement: Valid CSCS Card essential

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• General labouring duties on a showroom construction site

• Assisting tradesmen with tasks such as lifting, moving materials, and setting up work areas

• Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe at all times

• Handling deliveries and transporting materials around site

• Basic manual tasks such as assembling site equipment, barriers, or signage

• Assisting with site preparation and clear-down as needed

• Following all site health and safety procedures

• Reporting any hazards or incidents to site supervisors promptly

Requirements:

✔ Valid CSCS Card – essential
✔ Previous site labouring experience preferred
✔ Full PPE required
✔ Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to assist where needed
✔ Physically fit and able to carry out manual labour tasks
