Key Responsibilities:

• Clearing builders’ waste and transporting it to skips

• Performing routine site and welfare checks and ensuring site cleanliness

• Supporting with minor works as required

• Escorting visitors around site (once security-cleared)

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card

• Willing and able to pass a government security check and criminal record check (essential for long-term work and site access)

• Full UK driving licence and own transport preferred

• Comfortable working on a no-smoking/no-vaping site
