Job Title: Joiner – Snagging & Final Works
Location: Plumstead SE18
Rate: £24.00 per hour
Start Date: Immediate Starts (ASAP)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Joiner to complete snagging and final works on a commercial project in Plumstead. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and experience producing high-quality finishes to meet commercial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing snagging tasks including adjustments, repairs, and touch-ups

• Fitting and finishing doors, skirting boards, architraves, and timber trims

• Rectifying minor defects to ensure a flawless final handover

• Working from snagging lists and liaising with the site manager for approvals

• Ensuring all joinery works are completed to premium quality standards

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace

• Adhering to all on-site health and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Joiner with snagging/final fix background

• Valid CSCS Card preferred

• Own tools and PPE

• Strong attention to detail and finishing skills

• Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines
