HSEQ Advisor | Permanent Full-Time | Plymouth & South-West | Multi-Site | Start Date: March 24th

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Health & Safety (HSEQ) Advisor to join their team, providing ongoing support to multiple construction sites in the Plymouth & Southwest region. This role will involve producing risk assessments and method statements, working closely with site management teams, technicians, and client safety teams. As an HSEQ Advisor, you will champion HSEQ initiatives and monitor site safety performance, ensuring compliance with ISO45001 Safety, Quality, and Environment Management systems, company policies, and procedures. Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the H&S Manager and other team members
• Attend client H&S meetings
• Provide support to the site team on all H&S aspects
• Review and update safe systems of work  

Role Requirements:

• Previous HSEQ experience in civil engineering or infrastructure - ESSENTIAL
• Passionate about Health & Safety
• Committed to professional development in the safety field
• Effective communication skills at all levels
• Proficient in IT with strong report writing abilities

Required Competencies:

• NEBOSH Construction or equivalent certification ESSENTIAL
