Thorn Baker are looking for reliable and hard-working General Operatives to join our client's team in Kirkby-in-Ashfield.

The Role:

• Working across a 3-shift rotation: Days, Afternoons, and Nights.

• Supporting site operations both indoors and outdoors.

• Carrying out general labouring, machine operating, and manual handling tasks.

• Ensuring health & safety standards are followed at all times.

About You:

• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.

• Willing to work rotating shifts.

• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.

• Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

• Pay Rate - Days £12.21ph, Afters £12.21ph + £35 per week shift allowance, Nights £12.21ph + £75 Shift Allowance
