Job Title: Freelance Site Manager

Our market leading housing refurbishment company is looking for an experienced Site Manager to start immediately for a minimum of 2 weeks' work. Pay rate £250 to £280 per day.

SMSTS, CSCS, Clean UK Driving Licence, First Aid

Skills:

Experience in housing refurbishment projects

Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of housing refurbishment projects
• Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with project stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS certification
• Clean UK Driving Licence
• First Aid certification

Education:

Relevant construction or project management qualifications

Experience:

Proven experience in managing housing refurbishment projects

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional health and safety certifications
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
