About the Client:
Our client is one of the UK's largest Industrial and Commerce companies, operating with a network of over 75 distributors and sourcing products from over 120 suppliers worldwide.
Your role will include coordinating daily financial tasks, processing invoices and payroll, and maintaining a digital record of financial documents.
Pay and Benefits:
Starting salary of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum.
9:00am – 17:00pm Monday – Friday.
Full training provided.

Annual pay reviews
Processing sales invoices
Chasing Outstanding Debt
Monthly reconciliation of expenditure (pay and non-pay)
Managing cash flow
Adhoc Finance tasks/Reporting
Qualifications / Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Finance Assistant role
Coding invoices to correct ledgers
Confident using Lookups/Sum ifs on Microsoft Excel
Daily Bank reconciliation/supplier statement reconciliation
Organisational and time-management skills
Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
To be successful in this role-you will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; be experienced using IT, including Microsoft Office applications. Have excellent attention to detail; be a team player; have experience of month end processes and reconciliation and have good organisational skills.
