We are looking for 4 field representatives in the below areas 

  • West Midlands
  • Swindon
  • Devon/Exeter
  • Slough/Watford

Job Role:

Our Field Sales Representative is essential in building relationships with new and existing clients, promoting our products, and driving sales in the field. They are key to expanding our customer base, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring our promotional solutions meet the needs of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your designated region, actively seeking new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make an impact and grow their sales career while working independently in the field.

Pay & Benefits:

  • £26,500 Basic with the chance to earn £40,000 OTE

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, generating leads and building relationships with potential clients in your region.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained.
  • Sales Presentations & Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with clients, promoting products and services while tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, negotiating pricing and terms to secure deals.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet and exceed sales targets, while providing regular updates on your sales activities and performance to the management team.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services, ensuring we are always meeting client expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively present them to potential clients. 

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills
  • Ability to travel to meet clients within your designated region
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and exceeding targets
  • A full UK driving license
