Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are recruiting for our well-established client in Loughborough, we are seeking Team Leaders who are looking to take the next step in their career and progress.

Job Details:

• 7am-4pm (overtime available during busy period)
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends or bank holidays 
• Initial pay is £12-£13 per hour dependent on experience, increase after training and probationary period

Job Involves:

• Overseeing a small team within a production environment
• Managing work load, delegating and ensuring deadlines are met
• Supporting other functions within the warehouse
• Ability to look a production plans and arrange staff numbers, production deadlines and workload accordingly

About you:

• Experience within a team leader/supervisor/management role 
• Looking for progression and a long term career
• Experience within the production/manufacturing sector
• Willing to learn and develop
• Happy to manage a small team
