Join Our Team

We're looking for an ambitious Estimator to join our Bristol pre-construction team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in pricing and winning projects while working in a supportive, forward-thinking business.

If you thrive on producing accurate, competitive bids and enjoy working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams, this role will give you the variety and challenge you're looking for.

What You'll Do

• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates that take account of project risks and client requirements
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure best value
• Contribute to winning strategies and compelling bid submissions
• Carry out site visits and build strong relationships with clients and consultants
• Attend key tender meetings and provide clear adjudication reports
• Support smooth handover to project teams, ensuring clarity and buy-in

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years' experience in an estimating or surveying role
• Degree/HNC in Building Studies or equivalent (MCIOB/MRICS desirable)
• Strong commercial understanding of the construction industry and market rates
• Knowledge of analytical estimating, first principles pricing, and ConQuest software
• Collaborative, detail-driven, and motivated to deliver quality results
