Sector: Construction, Commercial Fit Out, Refurbishment 

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join an experienced team based in Portsmouth.

The successful candidate will be required to assist with a series of refurbishment and fit out projects for a reputable contractor working within the office, education, retail, leisure and industrial sectors. 

About you:

• Good working knowledge of construction
• Experienced in commercial sectors 
• Experienced with projects ranging in value from 230k to 2.5m
• Dynamic, self motivating, outstanding communicator 

The Role:

• Assess tender/bid documentation and report findings to the team
• Awareness of current Health and Safety requirements and changes 
• Effectively communicate bid strategy and proposed solutions to construction team
• Identify the clients and understand their needs
• Prepare submission documents and develop the tender strategy
