Job Title:Document Controller
Location:Wolverhampton

Due to business growth, Thorn Baker's award-winning client is looking for a Document Controller to join their Wolverhampton office. This is a key role for the team which will see you managing of allinformation flow for multiple contracts, working with internal & external teams in accordancewith the design deliverables for each individual project.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage and maintain Viewpoint 4 Projects document control systems in line with company, customer andproject requirements.
  • Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings,statutory and commercial correspondence.
  • Quality checking of documents to ensure they meet client and company standards, also for conformance withstatus and format agreed.
  • Work to deadlines and ensure that all departments/disciplines of the organisation are following the sameprocedures with regard to contract documentation
  • Ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff,consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar delivery role.
  • Viewpoint Project knowledge essential -Power Administrator level preferred
