Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are working with a well-established manufacturer in the Pinxton area to recruit an experienced Dispatch Supervisor / Quality Assurance Lead.

This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in a supervisory role within a pre-cast concrete environment and understands the importance of quality, safety, and efficient dispatch processes.

About the Role:

• Leading the day-to-day dispatch operations to ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately and on time
• Carrying out quality checks on products before they leave site
• Supervising a small team and supporting them with both dispatch and QA duties
• Working closely with production and transport teams to coordinate daily workloads
• Ensuring all work meets health and safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous supervisory experience in a pre-cast concrete setting is essential
• A valid Counterbalance forklift licence is required
• A good understanding of quality assurance procedures
• Confident communicator who’s comfortable leading by example on the shop floor
• Reliable, organised and proactive approach
• Someone who has their own transport and UK driving licence

What You’ll Get:
