Job description
Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are working in partnership with a Sutton in Ashfield based manufacturing company, supporting their search for new Customer Services and Data Entry Administrators to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Working with the Customer Services team, this is a temporary to permanent opportunity with immediate starts available.
Your Role:
Answering inbound customer calls
Dealing with customer queries
Redirecting calls to the appropriate departments
Responding to customer enquiries via email
Data entry
Checking customer orders
About You:
Polite, friendly, helpful with a great telephone manner
Basic excel skills
Looking for stable, permanent work
Previous customer service or data entry experience would be advantageous
The Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
The Pay:
£10.42 per hour
