Customer Service Advisor

£12.21 per hour

30 hours per week

Experience within an industrial environment is essential

Office-based Fridays | Hybrid working

We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy, friendly team based in Loughborough.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and solving problems.

 

What you'll be doing:

- Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and online systems

- Helping customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and general enquiries

- Investigating and resolving issues quickly and professionally

- Logging all communication accurately and following up where needed

- Working with other departments to make sure customer needs are met

- Keeping product and service information up to date

 

What we're looking for:

- Previous customer service experience (office or contact centre)

- Confident communicator with great attention to detail

- Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment

- Proactive, helpful, and a team player

- Comfortable using computers and CRM/ticketing systems
