Customer Service Administrator
Job description
As a customer service administrator, you will be the central link between our residents, internal departments and external Contractors. You will provide front line support with back office coordination to ensute a seamless customer journey. Essentialy supporting internal departmentswhile acting as te primary point of contact for tenants regarding upcoming works and service schedule
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;-
-Tenant Liaision & Scheduling - contacting tenanats via phone and email to advise on upcoming maintenance or improvement works and scheduling.
-Departmental Support - providing ad-hoc administrative assistance to various business departments, including data ebtry, filing and document preparation
-Inquiry Management - handling inbound calls and emailsfrom tenants and clients, providing advice and resolving queries at the first point of contact
-Issue Resolution - Managing and escalating customer complaints or complex maintenance issues to the relevant departmentto ensure timely resolution
-Internal Coordination - Collaborating with site, logistics and maintenance teams to coordinate schedules and ensure a seamless service journey
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE;-
-Communication - exceptional verbal and written communication skills with apolite and professional telephone manner#
-Organisation - Proven ability to multitask and manage a varies workload
-Technical Literacy - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experienced in using CRM databases
-Customer Focus - a proactive, empathetic approach to problem solving and a high commitment to high service standards
-Experience - previous experience in an office based customer service or administrative role is prefered, ideally within property management or housing
