We’re looking for a confident and organised Customer Account Coordinator to join our client’s friendly team.
If you’re great at building relationships, keeping customers happy, and supporting a busy office environment, this is a brilliant part-time opportunity for you.

Location: Pinxton
Pay: £13-£14 per hour DOE

Hours: 15–20 hours per week (ideally across 4 days, starting at 9am)
Reports to: Estimating Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

• Calling customers within 24 hours of quotes being sent to confirm receipt and answer any questions.
• Following up with customers to discuss quotes in more detail, refine offerings, and arrange meetings with Sales or Estimating teams.
• Maintaining regular contact with customers to strengthen relationships and help secure repeat business.
• Recording all customer feedback and interactions accurately in the company’s bespoke CRM system.
• Providing timely updates to the Estimating & Design Manager.
• Reconnecting with existing or dormant customers to re-establish trading relationships.
• Coordinating the sending of product samples and brochures.
• Supporting marketing activities and helping to answer incoming calls in the office.

Additional Support Duties

• Assisting with administration and transport-related calls.
• Helping with purchasing and accounts data entry when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident, professional, and friendly telephone manner.
• Experience using CRM systems or similar software.
• A background in customer service, account coordination, or sales support (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
