Thorn Baker Construction are looking for Labourers to work on a construction site in Stockport, doing all aspects of labouring work.

Starting from 24/06/2024.

This project is a long-term ongoing project with a minimum of 18 weeks of work. You must hold a valid CSCS Card to be considered for this position.

About You:

• Candidates must have a valid CSCS card
• Two commercial relevant References - Site managers/Supervisor name and number
• Full PPE (Hard hat, Hi-vis & Safety boots)
• Can do attitude with a strong work ethic

Job Duties:

• Assisting with various tasks on construction sites
• Operating and maintaining tools and equipment
• Loading and unloading materials
• Following health and safety guidelines
• Working collaboratively with the team

Working Conditions:

• Work is primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
• May require heavy lifting and physical exertion
• Adherence to health and safety regulations is essential

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of basic construction practises
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Physical fitness and stamina
• Good communication skills
