The Role:

• This is dealing with snagging works on a housing site ready for the hand over of properties.
• Patching works for plaster and bricks.
• cutting out work 
• Painting work
• Small bits for finishing joinery works from ironmongery to skirting etc.
• General site cleaning and tiding.
•  

About You:

• Candidates must have a valid SSSTS or SMSTS card
• a Good eye to attention to details
• Two commercial relevant References.
• Can do attitude with a strong work ethic
