Thorn Baker Industrial are recruiting for a Counterbalance FLT driver to work for a busy concrete plant in Alfreton. This well known, national company have immediate temporary to permanent vacancies available.

The Job:

Safely moving heavy products around a busy production environment

Loading, unloading and manoeuvring large concrete products

Ensuring all health and safety site requirements are met

Other duties as and when required including assisting with the mixing and pouring of concrete into moulds, and stripping finished concrete products out of their moulds / casts

About You:

Must have external Counterbalance licence in date or refreshed within the last 3 years

Previous concrete experience is highly advantageous

Comfortable with physically demanding work

Looking for a long-term opportunity

The Hours:

Monday to Friday, 48 hour working week between 6.00am – 4:30pm

The Pay:

£12.34 per hour + overtime
