Thorn Baker are currently working with a Gloucester based, family-run roofing company that are currently seeking a Contracts Manager on a temporary basis for at least 6 months work. Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Coordinate with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all sites

Required Skills:

• Previous experience managing roofing/cladding related projects preferable
• Ability to manage multiple contracts at any one time
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
• Valid First Aid certification
• Full UK Driving Licence
