About you:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organised mind, strong planning skills
• Self-motivated, team-focused, and positive
• PC literate, experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal skills, relationship builder confident communicating with people at all levels

Required Skills:

• Full HNC or Degree qualification in Construction Management or a similar field preferred 
• Strong industry background with a working knowledge of traditional construction methods
• CSCS card preferred 
• SMSTS, First aid 
• Full UK Driver's License
