Your Responsibilities:

  • You will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of service contracts.
  • You will act as a key point of contact for customers and engineers during the order/contract implementation process, creating all documentation as required, ensuring information is correctly entered onto the system and files/trackers are kept up to date.
  • You will liaise with and work closely with Sales, Projects, and Finance department with a goal of increasing customer satisfaction and improving the quality of contract records.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum GCSE Mathematics and English at pass level, Level 2 Business Administrationdesirable
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office packages and working within shared drives
  • Exceptional interpersonal and time management skills
  • Team player with excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
