️ Ceiling Fixer – Immediate Start (Nottingham)

Location: Nottingham NG1
Rate: £25 per hour (CIS)
Start Date: Monday

Job Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Ceiling Fixer to join our team on a commercial fit-out project in Nottingham NG1. The ideal candidate will have strong experience installing suspended and MF ceiling systems to a high standard.

Duties include:

• Installing MF (metal furring) and suspended ceiling systems.

• Fitting ceiling grids, hangers, channels, and plasterboard.

• Cutting and fitting openings for lighting, sprinklers, and ventilation.

• Working from technical drawings and site instructions.

• Ensuring work meets fire, acoustic, and safety specifications.

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card – essential

• Proven experience as a Ceiling Fixer on commercial projects

• Own tools and PPE

• Good communication skills and attention to detail
