Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: England, West Midlands, Worcestershire, Worcester
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Monday to Friday
Primary Industry: Construction Sales, Fenestration, Doors and Windows
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Per annum + commission scheme (OTE of £80,000 - £100,000)

Thorn Baker are recruiting for an exciting Business Development Manager position with a growing Construction business that specialises in Fenestration projects.
Based out of their Worcester office, you will be managing the accounts with existing customers and clients and bringing on new clients for the business.
Offering up to £60,000 in commission per annum in addition to your basic salary.
Job Duties:
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients and customers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Fenestration sector
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
Required Qualifications:
- Experience selling doors and windows
- Fenestration sales experience
- Valid Driving Licence
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role within the Construction industry
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Fenestration market and products
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Working Conditions:
This role involves regular travel to meet clients and attend industry events. Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate client meetings and business needs.
