Thorn Baker's social housing specialist client is looking for a Business Development Manager with fenestration experience to join their growing team in Worcester. As a leader in their field, they are constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation to address the needs of an ever-changing environment and relentlessly committing to the highest standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Continually improve individual and team performance in order to deliver service excellence
  • Achieve & exceed set targets
  • Leading by example you will be making pro-active sales calls, generating sales opportunities for the B2C and B2B market.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives

Required Skills:

  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager or senior sales executive in a construction related role
  • Possess a detailed understanding and experience of property construction and / or fenestration projects
  • Possess a good understanding of marketing within a home construction environment and / or fenestration
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate a proven and successful track record of achieving and bettering sales targets
  • Clean driving license
