About You

• Strong recruitment background (industrial sector experience a bonus)

• Proven track record in sales and business development

• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others

• Commercial awareness with P&L or revenue responsibility

• Full UK driving licence

• Ambitious, positive, and driven to deliver results

The Role

As Branch Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for leading the branch to success. That includes:

• Business Development – managing the sales process, running campaigns, winning tenders/PSLs, and growing key accounts

• Profitability – delivering P&L, maximising revenue, controlling branch costs, and driving forecasts

• People – coaching, appraisals, internal recruitment/retention, and supporting career development

• Compliance – ensuring TOBs, payroll accuracy, audits, and legislation are always spot-on

• Leadership (LMA) – motivating your team daily, solving problems, managing performance, and delivering branch results
