Permanent, expected to work full-time hours Monday to Friday.

A Leading house builder who are renowned for building high quality homes are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team in Yorkshire.
The project is a new build housing site in Leeds.
Offering market leading training and a development programme to ensure you are able to progress to Site Manager within 2 years.
Job Duties:
- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction project
- Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed on site
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople
- Monitor and report on project progress to the Site Manager
- Manage site logistics and ensure materials are delivered on time
Required Qualifications:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- First Aid certification
- Full UK Driving Licence
Working Conditions:
- Work on construction sites in various weather conditions
- Regular interaction with subcontractors and project stakeholders
