Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

Location:

Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Leeds

Job Type:

Permanent, expected to work full-time hours Monday to Friday.

Salary:

£35,000 - £48,000 per annum

A Leading house builder who are renowned for building high quality homes are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team in Yorkshire.

The project is a new build housing site in Leeds.

Offering market leading training and a development programme to ensure you are able to progress to Site Manager within 2 years.

Job Duties:

  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction project
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed on site
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople
  • Monitor and report on project progress to the Site Manager
  • Manage site logistics and ensure materials are delivered on time

Required Qualifications:

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
  • First Aid certification
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Working Conditions:

  • Work on construction sites in various weather conditions
  • Regular interaction with subcontractors and project stakeholders
