 A Growing and Award Winning Housing Developer are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a project in Telford.

The company are a prestigious Housing Developer who are known for their high quality homes and standards. They can offer progression to Site Manager within 12-18 months due to a new development starting once this one is completed.

This new build housing development consists of traditional houses and apartments.

Offering up to £48,000 salary + a very generous package. Including a company car or car allowance, competitive bonus scheme per annum, private pension and healthcare along with additional benefits.

Salary:

£40,000 - £47,000 per annum

Qualifications:

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Scaffold Inspection
