Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

£40,000 - £50,000 per annum + benefits

  • First Aid
  • NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence

An established Housing Developer based in the West Midlands is expanding their construction team due to new projects commencing. They are an Award-Winning House Builder with a strong reputation in the industry for high quality and standards. This House Builder are offering progression to Site Manager within 12 months.

Job Duties:

  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing construction projects from planning to completion
  • Monitor and manage site health and safety procedures
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and quality standards
  • Manage site logistics and resolve any issues that may arise


Minimum of 2 years experience in an Assistant Site Manager role with a House Builder.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of traditional house building and regulations including NHBC
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Good time management and organisational skills
