A prestigious Housing Developer who are renowned in the industry for their 5 star HBF rating and high quality homes. Due to a strong pipeline of land and new projects coming up, they can offer an ambitious Assistant Site Manager progression opportunity to Site Manager within 12-18 months.

Job Duties:

  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction site
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitor progress and quality of work
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
  • Assist in resolving any issues or delays

Required Qualifications:

  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS card
  • First Aid certification
  • Full UK Driving Licence


Previous experience in an Assistant Site Manager role with a Housing Developer.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of construction processes and NHBC regulations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
