Job Title:Assistant Site Manager

A prestigious Housing Developer are looking for a permanent Assistant Site Manager for a new timber frame site in Mickleover. Your Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
Required Skills:
- Experienceas an Assistant Site Manager on a similar project.
- SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid certification, Scaffold ticket
- Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Problem-solving skills
- Full UK Driving License
