Job Title: Administrator
Location: Bingham
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time

Thorn Baker are currently seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join our successful client in the Bingham area of Nottingham. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to play a key role in supporting our operations.

Pay and Benefits:

  • £26,000 - 28,000 DOE
  • Sunday - Thursday 8:00 - 16:00.
  • 33 days holiday (includes 8 bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking out orders, goods and materials
  • Printing and preparing labels
  • Performing general administrative tasks
  • Liaising with the Logistics Manager and other departments to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident using standard office software and equipment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools
  • Strong IT skills (Google Drive) and phone systems

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied admin role in a fast-paced environment. You'll be a key part of the team, working closely with logistics and other departments to support daily operations.
