Admin Assistant

Job description

We have an excellent opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join our team based at our office in Sutton in Ashfield


  • Perform administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents
  • Scanning, printing,  attaching documents to the CRM
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Welcoming and greeting candidates
  • Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working Hours:

  • Monday- Friday – hours flexible, between 3-5 hours a day
  • Can fit within the school hours.

Pay rate:

  • £11.50 per hour
