Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with one of the largest print and packaging companies in Nottinghamshire. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the B2B sales team on a permanent basis.

Your Role: 

• Managing the requirements of existing customers.
• Processing sales orders received via email and telephone and keep customers informed of delivery dates.
• Identifying large users of packaging materials, accounts with potential, the buyer’s details and key decision makers.
• Pro actively generate enquiries and orders for the Northern Sales area.
• Obtain best cost prices and lead times from any external suppliers.

About You: 

• You have a minimum of 3 year’s experience in a similar role and have personal drive and ambition.
• A confident telephone manner, organised nature with commercial mindset
• A demonstrated ability to prospect and develop relationships with customers.
• Competent IT skills. Experience using Sage Accounts is preferred but not essential.
