WORKING FOREMAN – WORCESTER AREA
Start Date: Monday 1st June
Shift Pattern: 12-Hour Shifts

We are currently looking for an experienced Working Foreman to join a project in the Worcester area starting Monday 1st June.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman/Site Supervisor
• Strong background in retail fit-out/refurbishment projects
• Ability to manage trades on site while remaining hands-on when required
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Valid CSCS card essential
• SSSTS/SMSTS preferred

Role Includes:

• Supervising day-to-day site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
• Assisting with site works as needed
• Reporting progress to site/project management
